How Can severe Itchy Red Spots On The Face Be Treated?
Dear Doctor, im preetam and iam facing problem of itching and small red spots i was consult to homeopathy doctor and he gave some medicines for cure, at that time the medicines works perfectly, after few months it rises again . He was given the medicines are lobate gm cream, 1AL, and with some homeopathy medicines, please tell me what should i do

It could be an allergic eruption.
We have to rule out other possibilities also.
As a first line management, you can try antihistamines like Pheniramine or Cetirizine for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
